Patterno is an unusual graphic app that lets you make really creative patterns for use wherever you want – as wallpapers, Twitter backgrounds or on your own blog.

Using Patterno is very easy. The app has a selection of patterns sorted by design type – Dots, Rays, Texts, etc. When you see one you want to use, double click, and the Patterno editor will open up, allowing you to change almost any aspect of the pattern.

This means that you’ll be able to tweak the colorway, change the texts, the thickness of lines and lots of other variables that depend on the pattern you have chosen to edit. Once you are finished you can save the image, save a tiled image or save the template for use on another occasion. Just remember that patterns created in the trial version of Patterno will have a watermark.
